What’s the difference between Essential and Premium?
Both plans include all features. The only difference is check-in call frequency: Essential includes 3 calls per week, Premium includes 5–7 calls per week.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a family or group discount?
Each plan covers one care circle (one loved one). Contact us for multi-circle pricing if you’re coordinating care for multiple loved ones.
